What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Structure Leaders position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Candidates must have experience working with youth, be comfortable leading daily devotions, and have a high standard of integrity. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.

This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA and work nine days on followed by three days off.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a high degree of integrity and are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Proselytizing is prohibited.
