About the Role
As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. As a couple, you will live in one of our on-campus homes with your spouse, guiding and mentoring a group of 8-12 students. You will be responsible for creating a family-like atmosphere, handling daily responsibilities, and working collaboratively with our educational team to ensure our students receive the support they need to succeed.
This is a two-person job that requires both spouses to work together as a team. You will be expected to lead daily devotions, take students to Sunday chapel services, and participate in various activities that promote student growth and development.
