Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in on-campus homes. This role requires a married couple with relevant experience, offering a salary package of approximately $150,000 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
As a Flex Houseparent, you will lead students in daily activities, contribute to their growth, and manage various responsibilities, including administration and guidance. You will also participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead students in daily devotions.
