In this role, you will create a nurturing environment for 8-12 students aged pre-K to 12th grade, guiding them, managing household tasks, and ensuring their well-being. As a flex houseparent, you will lead daily devotions, take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and embody the values of Milton Hershey School.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
