About the Role
The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves residing on-campus with your spouse and managing a family-like environment for 8-12 students. This unique opportunity requires couples who are committed to youth development and can provide a consistent, loving, and structured home environment.
Responsibilities include managing daily routines, ensuring student safety, and participating in educational and recreational activities. You will also be responsible for administering medication, budgeting, and reporting as needed.
