The House Parent role involves providing a family-like environment for up to 12 students, guiding and nurturing them as they grow and develop. Couples work collaboratively to create a stable and loving home, offering mentorship, administering care, and managing the household. As House Parents, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Guiding students in daily devotions and participating in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Managing the household, including cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free environment
- Supporting students in their academic and personal growth
