As a key member of our residential team, you will provide a nurturing family-like structure for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This unique opportunity allows couples to work together, supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
About the Role:
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older. The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities, and fostering a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily guidance and support to students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment in the student home
- Collaborate with other residential staff members to ensure seamless communication and support
Benefits:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
