As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting these young people as they navigate their academic journey.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a family-like atmosphere within the student homes, where approximately 8-12 students reside. This includes managing daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting within a supportive school community.
We are looking for couples who have a strong passion for working with youth and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with other houseparents to ensure the well-being and success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Develop and implement plans to promote the social, emotional, and educational growth of students

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
