Living on-campus with a group of 8-12 students, they will create a family-like environment and ensure both personal and educational needs are met.
Candidates must have experience working with youth, strong integrity, and a commitment to fostering a positive environment for students. They should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate couple will have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's licenses, and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans. They must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
