As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. Your primary focus will be on providing emotional support and guidance to these young individuals, helping them develop essential life skills, and fostering a sense of belonging.

- Salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
