Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as House Parents. As a House Parent, you and your spouse will provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, supporting their academic and personal growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a family-like atmosphere in the student home
- Guiding students in daily activities and ensuring their well-being
- Working closely with other staff members to provide comprehensive support to our students
