Job Description
As a House Parent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in one of our on-campus student homes. Your duties will include managing household responsibilities, administering medication, and supporting students through daily activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver's license.
