What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Support Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?

Our unique career path offers married couples the opportunity to become Flex Houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a home-like environment.
The role involves providing guidance, support, and structure to students, as well as handling responsibilities such as transportation, budgeting, and reporting. Flex Houseparents are also expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to chapel services.
