As a Family Guidance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our students by providing a family-like structure, guidance, and support. We offer an attractive compensation package of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance and paid training. Our staff enjoy a flexible schedule, with nine days on followed by three days off, including personal time while students are at school.
As a successful candidate, you and your spouse will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You will be expected to abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and follow guidelines for pets. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
