Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of Family Support Coordinators. As a Family Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This includes guiding students in daily activities and responsibilities, offering mentorship, and supporting students academically and socially while ensuring a safe and structured home atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Additionally, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
