About the Role:
We are looking for couples who are passionate about youth development and have experience working with children. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students. Your role will involve managing daily responsibilities, fostering emotional and educational growth, and creating a nurturing environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
