Job Description
Couples are needed to become flex houseparents at our school. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your partner and provide a nurturing family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students. This role requires commitment and integrity as you will be acting as role models and mentors for the children.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive students safely and responsibly
- Administer medication as required
- Budget and manage household expenses
- Report any issues or concerns to the relevant authorities
- Participate in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
