As a family-like environment, we hire married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in on-campus student homes. Flex houseparents provide consistent guidance and support, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
