What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Support Partners position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking couples to join our team as Family Support Partners. In this role, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a married couple, you will live on-campus and work together to guide students, manage daily routines, and engage in educational activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will be responsible for creating a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
