Milton Hershey School's flex houseparent program provides an opportunity for married couples to serve as role models and caregivers for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily care for students.
- Transport students, administer medication, and manage budgets.
- Support students' educational experiences and promote their personal growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must demonstrate high integrity as all staff are role models for students.
