As house parents, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for students, fostering positive relationships with teachers and staff, and promoting student engagement and participation in extracurricular activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to campus policies and procedures, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and staff, and be able to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities. You should also have a passion for working with youth, a commitment to education and personal growth, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
