Job Responsibilities
As a House Parent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Please note that all staff members are expected to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be role models for students.
