Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Have experience working with youth, preferably in under-resourced settings
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and commitment to the values and mission of Milton Hershey School
