Family Support Specialist - Milton Hershey School

The role involves living on-campus with your spouse and a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing guidance and support, and creating a safe and supportive space for students to thrive. You will also participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Our Requirements:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children residing in the student home
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Candidates must demonstrate high integrity, comfort leading students in daily devotions, and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
