The Milton Hershey School is seeking a talented couple to join our Residential Youth Caregiver team. As a residential youth caregiver, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in need.
As a flex houseparent, you will work alongside your spouse to guide and support a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
