As a Youth Development Specialist, you will live on-campus with your spouse and provide a consistent family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will work together to ensure the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the students in your care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth development and be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity. Both spouses should be willing to commit to a minimum of two years of service and be available to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
