Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Specialists, serving as flex houseparents and guiding students in a family-like environment. Key responsibilities include transportation, administering medication, and providing emotional support to students. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
