About the Position
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have valid driver's licenses. You will need to become certified to drive student home vans and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions.
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will:
- Provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment
- Oversee daily activities, ensuring a nurturing atmosphere
- Fulfill various logistical responsibilities, such as driving and administering medication
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being of students
