About the Role
You will live on campus with your spouse and care for 8-12 students, developing strong relationships built on trust, respect, and open communication. Your responsibilities will include driving, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting, as well as leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Key Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students

Our unique schedule provides nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
