You will live on campus with your partner, overseeing a group of approximately 8-12 students and taking care of their physical, emotional, and academic needs. This requires flexibility, patience, and a strong ability to work as a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing programs to promote student well-being and success
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Managing student behavior and resolving conflicts
- Participating in regular meetings with school administrators and other houseparents
