As a flex houseparent, you will manage household responsibilities, drive students, and foster a family-like structure on campus. You will also participate in student activities, lead daily devotions, and work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and academic success of our students.
A salary of $43,825 per person is provided, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training are also offered.
Both spouses must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
