Family Support Specialists at Milton Hershey School

We are seeking married couples to become houseparents at Milton Hershey School and provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As houseparents, you will live on-campus and work closely with a group of 8-12 students, managing daily responsibilities while receiving a comprehensive benefits package.

What We Offer

• A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)
