About the Role
The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves serving as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Couples will manage daily responsibilities, offer guidance and support, drive, administer medication, budget, report, and more.
Couples will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
What You'll Need
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least 2 years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than 3 dependent children
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Valid driver's license; certification to drive student home vans
- High degree of integrity
