This position involves guiding, mentoring, and managing daily activities of a group of students while residing on campus. You will work closely with your spouse to create a stable and supportive family-like atmosphere, helping students thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to students in their personal and academic development
- Manage daily activities, including homework assistance, meal planning, and household chores
- Foster a positive and inclusive living environment, promoting respect, empathy, and open communication among residents
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure students receive necessary support and resources
- Develop and implement strategies to address individual student needs and concerns
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Must be married couples with prior experience working together as a team
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
Benefits:
