We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding approximately 8-12 students. This unique role involves providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and complete an individual employment application.
