**Our Unique Opportunity**
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes and serve as a caregiver to 8-12 students. You will be responsible for creating a family-like structure, managing daily operations, and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You will also receive relocation assistance and paid training to become certified to drive student home vans.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and have a high school diploma or GED. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
