What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Support Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will reside on-campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
Responsibilities include managing household responsibilities, helping students with daily tasks, and providing a positive family atmosphere. You will work closely with the students, promoting their personal growth and development.
This role requires experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
