**Responsibilities and Expectations**
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and care to our students. You and your partner will work together to create a safe and nurturing environment, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. We require couples who have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. You must also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
