**Job Description**
As a House Parent at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
You will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for our students, which includes managing daily activities, driving, administering medication, and providing guidance and support as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reside on-campus in a student home with your spouse
- Provide a stable family-like structure for our students
- Manage daily activities and create a nurturing environment
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
