The job requires a high level of responsibility and flexibility. You will be responsible for creating a stable and supportive atmosphere for our students, handling daily operations, and providing guidance and support when needed. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school. We also offer three-week paid summer vacation.
Requirements for the position include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples who have been legally married for at least two years are preferred, and both spouses should be age 27 or older. A valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
