We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. Flex houseparents will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
