Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should also be married couples who have been legally married for at least two years, both 27 years old or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
