Our school provides a family-like environment for students, where they can thrive and develop their skills. As a full-time houseparent, you will be part of this unique family, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will work closely with your spouse to provide a consistent and supportive environment for the students.
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time while students are at school. We also provide a three-week paid summer vacation.
