As a vital part of our student support system, you and your partner will provide guidance and a family-like structure to 8-12 students in our residential homes. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, and overall supervision.

We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes a salary of $43,825 per person (a total of approximately $150,000 per couple), free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. In addition to our excellent benefits, we offer relocation assistance and paid training. You and your partner will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school.
