To succeed as Houseparents, you must meet certain requirements. These include having experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples should be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
