Job Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students living in on-campus homes. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day lives of the students, providing meals, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and helping them succeed academically.
As a flex houseparent, you will work closely with your spouse to create a family-like environment for the students. This includes participating in activities with the students, attending school events, and providing guidance and mentorship when needed.
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
