The Milton Hershey School is a private school that provides an exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a family-like structure for students.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, and you will receive three weeks of paid summer vacation.
Job Description
