Responsibilities
As a houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding students, administering medication, transporting them, and providing emotional support. You will work closely with your spouse to ensure that each student receives the care and support they need to thrive. You will also be responsible for managing the household, preparing meals, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, and both must be 27 years old or older. You must also have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Additionally, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
