We offer a unique opportunity for married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Couples will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as a team.
Responsibilities
As a Mentorship and Guidance Specialist at Milton Hershey School, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and nurturing within a family-like structure
- Leading students in daily activities and managing household responsibilities
- Driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other tasks as assigned
- Participating in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
