Caring for Students in a Family-Like Environment
Milton Hershey School is committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for our students. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in caring for students in a family-like environment, providing transportation, health management, and daily guidance. You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Sunday chapel services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be at least 27 years old, and you should not have more than three dependent children living in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services.
Salary and Benefits
As a member of our team, you will receive a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple).
